‘Wonderful’ – Martina’s Mindfulness in Motion workshops are a joy to participate in. I learned loads. I am not a total newbie to Mindfulness, yet Martina has packaged together lots of different potential ways to approach mindfulness and easily integrate it in your day-to-day activities. This particular set of workshops was focussed on the way many women prefer to practice mindfulness – on the move! I really appreciated that different approaches were chunked together in a way that made them easy to learn and practice. Martina has a wealth of deep knowledge and experience in this field and shares understanding from the history to the neuroscience – depending on what ‘floats your boat’.
